Healthsmart aims to promote healthier lifestyles to the residents of Croydon at our weekly Health Hubs around the borough.

What is the Healthsmart Service?

The Healthsmart team run weekly Health Hubs at various locations across the borough of Croydon, delivering basic health checks such as BMI, Blood Pressure and Diabetes Screening, exercise sessions and health & wellbeing talks delivered by us or other local organisations.

Healthsmart helps residents of Croydon adopt a healthy lifestyle by:

• Increasing exercise levels which reduce health risk associated with a sedentary lifestyle
• Improving strength, energy and mobility which can reduce risk of falls and lead to greater independence
• Raising awareness around the prevention and treatment of common health conditions
• Creating a sociable environment for clients to meet others

Join us
