2 x Contract Officers

Age Cymru Swansea Bay currently has two vacancies for Contract Officers. 

The successful applicants will be providing administrative support within the Homecare Plus team, primarily working with appointed suppliers under the Age Cymru Swansea Bay Framework Agreement.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience

  • Experience managing telephone referrals and enquiries, with good listening skills;
  • Knowledge of how to use digital databases;
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve targets;
  • Able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy with people.

Trustee vacancies

Age Cymru Swansea Bay is currently seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our Board of Trustees. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with a marketing, financial, and/or health and safety background. Third Sector experience would also be advantageous. 

We're committed to supporting people to age well. Trustees will therefore need to demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for improving the lives of local people, and a strong appreciation of the charity’s mission. 

A key part of the role will involve developing innovative ways to generate income in order to grow our services.
