We follow a complaints procedure and use your input to improve and inform training, supervision and appraisals. Our Advocacy service and our Information and Advice service can help you voice your complaint. We are accredited as a quality organisation and hold the ISO 9001 quality mark. This system includes regular audits and a strict procedure for handling complaints.
We also welcome positive feedback about any aspect of our service. If our work has made a difference please let us know. It helps us demonstrate the value of our work.
