Exercises 1: WARM-UP
To help you keep active at home, our SNF team have put together a series of short videos with simple exercises to help improve your mobility, cardiovascular fitness, balance, strength and flexibility. You won’t need any special equipment, but if you have a theraband and have learned to use this from a Strictly No Falling instructor, you may choose to use this during the strength component.
Each quarter we will provide you with an update on our courses, instructors and achievements.
Below is a video of our lovely class in Little Eaton, carrying out the 12 Days of Christmas. This was only sprung on them that morning so they had no time to practice, but they were all very willing and very festive. Didn’t they do great!
