The 1st October is Older People's Day, which is an international day designated by the United Nations, recognising the contribution made to society by older people.

We are thankful for the contribution older people make to our work as a charity and to society at large. Join us as we celebrate and raise awareness this Older People’s Day.

There will be several events happening around the county and Derby city, which will be listed on this page.

At the Morledge offices on Friday 30th September we will be having a coffee and cake day to celebrate Older Peoples Day.

Community Event at Oakland Village, Swadlincote

A wide range of organisations raising awareness of local activities, groups and resources available for Older People. Featuring an Interactive Art Installation created by People Express Crafty Chatters.
