Strictly No Falling in Care Homes and Day Care Services

01 February 2015

Strictly No Falling

Strictly No Falling sets the standard for exercise sessions that are important for building strength and reducing the risk of falls. Sessions are fun, stimulating and sociable, and are carefully planned to accommodate all levels of ability, allowing people to progress as strength and stamina improve. In achieving the standards, homes demonstrate their commitment to falls prevention and the well-being of their residents.
