To help you keep active at home, our SNF team have put together a series of short videos with simple exercises to help improve your mobility, cardiovascular fitness, balance, strength and flexibility.
“Strictly No Falling” brings together Derby and Derbyshire health and social care organisations that aim to reduce falls in older people, by providing a range of activities, services and information to help people improve their mobility, strength and balance and reduce their risk of falling.
