We provide door-to-door transport for just £5, payable by cash or card on the day. Whether you’d like to choose your own groceries or simply enjoy getting out, we’re here to help.

New Shopping Service

Getting to the shops shouldn’t be a struggle. Our new service makes it easier, safer and more enjoyable for older people to do their weekly shopping.

We offer friendly, door to door transport to and from a local supermarket. A £5 fee is payable by cash or card on the day.

Whether you want to pick your own groceries or enjoy a trip out of the house, we’re here to help.

Eligibility Criteria

- Age 60+
- Able to shop in store on their own
- No more than 2 bags of shopping
- Living in the Borough of Ealing
- Advance booking must be made
- First come first served time slots
- 45 minutes in store to shop
- Slots can be booked on a reoccurring basis
- Fee for service payable on the day by cash or card

Shopping slots are available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday to visit Tesco Perivale and Morrisons Acton. Both morning and afternoon slots are available.
