Business Admin Coordinator

 

Based:        Lewes with some remote working.

Salary:        £26k - £32k FTE per annum (Pro-Rata) based upon experience

Hours:        21 hours per week

  • A proven experience of developing and managing business systems?
  • The ability to work with data to evaluate impact on performance, and create insight?

 

We are looking for an experienced and talented Business Analyst and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) professional to work closely with our marketing and service teams and lead the coordination of our CRM across the organisation.

You will play a lead role in supporting the development of efficient business processes. Overseeing the development, implementation and ongoing management of our CRM and data systems. Leading the delivery of our reporting and insight services, your work will include reporting service outcomes. You will also work closely with our Fundraising and Marketing teams to make best use of available data for communications and income generation.
