Day Clubs aim to reduce social isolation, improve older people's physical health and psychological well-being, promote independence and confidence and support people to live in their own homes for as long as they wish.
The Healthy Living Clubs provide a welcoming environment where clients can get involved in fun activity sessions, receive information on healthy eating and general health. The clubs are for people aged 50 and over who would like to improve their health.
