Newhaven Warehouse Donation Centre Supervisor
Location: Newhaven
Responsible to: Newhaven Warehouse Manager
Purpose: Support the Shop Manager with managing the Age UK East Sussex Newhaven Warehouse to achieve sale and profit targets to support the local work of the charity.
The Newhaven Warehouse operates on a 7-day basis and working hours include Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.
Hours: 21 hours, 3 days out of 7, to include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Salary: £11,618.88
Holiday: 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
Age UK East Sussex is looking to fill a new role – a Donation Centre Supervisor to support and lead the volunteer team within the Donation Centre in our Newhaven Warehouse.
You will need to have experience of customer service, be well organised and have a background of achieving targets and maintaining high standards. You must be motivated to lead a team to maximise profits to support our charity.
Our Retail Management Team must have the ability to lead from the front, manage a diverse group of staff and volunteers and be proactively looking to further progress our business.
