Chagford Community and Memory Café
The Chagford Memory Café runs on the second Thursday of every month between 1.30 and 3.30pm at the Jubilee Hall.
It offers a social gathering and activities for people with dementia and their friends and family.

The Ness Care Group
The Ness Care Group provides specialist, clinically led support for people experiencing memory changes and dementia, with a focus on early and middle stages.
Support includes small group Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, which is recommended by the NHS, alongside advice, coaching and guidance for individuals and families, professional training, and online support across Devon and beyond. CST is a structured, evidence based approach that supports thinking, communication and everyday confidence, delivered by trained facilitators with specialist knowledge of dementia and cognitive health.

The Filo Project
The Filo project provides day care for older people in small group settings in hosts own homes. It provides homely environments, and highly individualised support. They offer support across Devon.
