We're a local charity working in the community across Exeter to support people over 50, their families and carers.

Who we are

We are an independent charity serving our community for over 30 years,with our own locally elected board of trustees.

We provide support and opportunities to over a thousand older people in and around Exeter each week through the skills and commitment of our fantastic staff and volunteers.

Our services range from social and activity groups to support the prevention of isolation,to help in the home,Information & Advice telephone line & supporting individuals and carers living with dementia.

How we are funded

We rely on the support of local people through donations and fundraising events & business sponsorships to maintain our charitable services in the community. We receive income from contracts for specific services from the RD&E Hospital Trust, grants from charitable trusts, fees from private clients and sales from our men in Sheds social enterprise project.
