Your right to complain about Age UK Gateshead's services

Everyone has a right to expect good quality services from Age UK Gateshead and for things to be put right if they go wrong.
We have a robust “Comments, Compliments and Complaints” policy and as an organisation, we welcome feedback and look upon this as an opportunity to learn, adapt, improve and provide better services.

Equally, if you were delighted with the service, positive feedback is also very welcome, as are any general comments.
