  • Dementia Day Centre Co-ordinator 

    Supporting people living with dementia is at the heart of what we do. Our team works to create safe, welcoming, and engaging environments where individuals can stay connected, maintain their independence for as long as possible, and continue to enjoy meaningful moments each day. We also provide reassurance and support for families and carers, helping them feel confident and understood throughout their journey.

    We’re looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated people to join us. By becoming part of our team, you’ll help improve quality of life for people living with dementia in our community, bringing comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most.

    Hours - 28 per week

    Salary - £21,840,  plus 3% employer’s contribution to group personal (stakeholder) pension scheme after 3 months employment

    Reporting to – Charity Director

    Contract Type - Initially 12 month with a view to permanent
