    This is a highly responsible position which listens and responds to the needs and aspirations of individual customers and carers within our Day centre settings The role will contribute to our aims of reducing isolationism and increasing older peoples physical, mental and overall sense of well-being.

    We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated, creative and committed to providing support for older people. A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills. with the ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative. The ability to work in a flexible way to meet the needs of the service is essential.
