...with a Free Inclusive Fitness Class
If you’re living with a long-term health condition or disability such as Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinsons, or if you’re recovering from surgery or a stroke for example, it’s easy to assume that a fitness class is the last thing you could be considering.
However, getting moving and keeping active can make a huge difference to your recovery time and quality of life. Local fitness instructor and personal trainer Dan Fivey is here to make it all possible in a safe and enjoyable way.
Dan’s classes aren’t only aimed at those living with health conditions or disabilities, anyone over 50 can join in. You’ll improve your strength mobility and heart health, boost balance and flexibility, and increase your energy and confidence, all whilst having fun with like-minded people. You can participate in a seated or standing position and work at your own pace with no pressure.
This August, to support our Act Now Age Better Campaign, Dan is offering anyone wishing to try his class for the first time, a FREE session. After that, classes cost just £5 per session and take place at a range of times and venues across Gloucester and Cheltenham.

One of Dan’s clients says:
“Having a long-term autoimmune illness and long covid made it difficult to get motivated. Dan is one of the kindest, most caring people I know, very professional with a great sense of humour, he cares about everyone and their specific needs.
Love the laughter and great music. This weekly class is not only physical exercise but meeting lovely like-minded people. This class has helped me a great deal in overcoming many challenges”.
If a class setting isn’t for you, Dan offers personalised exercise sessions in your own home.
