Age UK Herne Bay & Whitstable are the lead contract holders for Post Diagnostic Specialist Support in the Community for People with Dementia and their Families in East and West Kent

dementia-and-me.pngDementia & Me is a service that helps enrich the lives of people living with dementia.

The Dementia & Me Organisers across East & West Kent deliver services which see the continuation, development and expansion of a varied range of group based support activities for those affected by dementia and their families. This includes: Dementia Café’s, Peer Support Groups, Befriending, Young Onset Dementia Groups and Information & Advice being offered within the Café’s. The service integrates with other existing dementia services throughout East and West Kent to ensure that everyone has access to the best possible support.
