• We are currently accepting new referrals at a limited number each week for Hull and East Riding .If we are not able to accept your referral please try again the week after, however we always try to provide direction to other sources of help or support guides if we cannot help immediately.
• We can help with a variety of benefit queries and applications, however please note if you order a claim form that has a date to return, we will do our best to help you within this timeframe. But we cannot guarantee an appointment. We can request an extension from the DWP, however this request cannot be guaranteed.
• This service is only open to clients aged 65 years and over.
Please note - we are unable to help with Universal Credit or those people that are part of mixed aged couples. (Those who are above and below the pension age)

The waiting times for this service can vary depending on demand.
If you require help with benefits and assistance in completing applications forms such as Attendance Allowance, Carers Allowance, Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, Cost of Living Grants etc, please call to book an appointment with one of our team.
Also contact us for support on a variety of queries including local services, crime prevention, utilities, housing, health, care and social issues.
We can also offer guidance on your benefits and grant entitlements - our information and advice team are available for you to contact at the details below.
