• We are currently open for new referrals from 09/06/2025.
• We are accepting a limited number of referrals each week for Hull and East Riding .
• If we are not able to accept your referral please try again the week after.
• If we are unable to accept your referral, please still get in touch as we can offer leaflets, guides or direct you to other sources of help.
• This service is only open to clients aged 65 years and over. Also we are unable to help with Universal Credit or those people that are part of mixed aged couples. (Those who are above and below the pension age)
• Please do not order any claim forms you may need assistance to complete before speaking to an advisor.

Age UK Hull & East Yorkshire offers a free and confidential information and advice service for older people, their families, carers and partner agencies.
The waiting times for this service can vary depending on demand.
If you require help with benefits and assistance in completing applications forms such as Attendance Allowance, Carers Allowance, Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, Cost of Living Grants etc, please call to book an appointment with one of our team.
Also contact us for support on a variety of queries including local services, crime prevention, utilities, housing, health, care and social issues.
We can also offer guidance on your benefits and grant entitlements - our information and advice team are available for you to contact at the details below.
