There are a number of traineeship opportunities, programmes for creatives and support for budding entrepreneurs available over the summer or starting in the autumn. One Tech are launching their Enterprise Programme with a series of incubators running over the next 2 years. ITEC has training opportunities for 19 to 24 year olds, Old Vic Theatre Makers is open to applications for its programme till 26 July.
One Tech’s LIFT Programme
This Summer, OneTech are launching their Enterprise Programme for LIFT. In this event, OneTech and LIFT will introduce the series of incubators they will be running over the next 2 years. The first incubator to lift off is LIFT Bootstrap School in the Autumn, which is designed to support founders in in developing the knowledge and skills to start or scale their business through an expert-built programme of tuition and
support.

ITEC Trainee Opportunities
Wondering what to do this summer? ITEC Skills support Londoners (19-24 yrs old, not in full time employment) into a career-focused routine and facilitate a pathway to employment or an apprenticeship, by way of its traineeship programme. Their traineeships consist of employability training, functional skills support and a high-quality, sector-focused work placement. They have dedicated mentors on hand to support you throughout the process.
Old Vic Theatre Makers
Applications are open for Old Vic Theatre Makers until 26 July; they are recruiting 20 young people (18 – 25 yrs) on their free, six-month (in person) Theatre Makers programme. Applications are sought from young theatre makers and creatives who want to develop creative connections and create a toolkit to discuss and make theatre during our changing society.
