What is UtopiAge?

UtopiAge is a Mid Mersey wide consultation for addressing Quality of Life for people aged 50+ living in Halton, St Helens, Warrington and Knowsley. It covers aspects such as what an inclusive community looks like and what needs to be addressed for residents in this area.
