Christmas Operating Hours

Our services and office will run as usual until Wednesday 24th December 2025, when our office will close at 1pm, Christmas Eve
We will be closed from 1pm on 24th December 2025 until 1st January 2026 (inclusive).
Our office will reopen on Friday 2nd January and our hours will resume as usual:
open to visitors from 10am to 3pm
helpline open from 09.30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm
During the closure period, all calls will be transferred to Age UK National’s Advice Line, where you will be provided with general information and support. Messages can be sent to Age UK Sutton to be returned within the first 10 working days of January.
Alternatively, you may email your enquiry to info@ageuksutton.org.uk. Emails will be processed after 2nd January and responded to within the first 10 working days in January.
Referrals to Age UK Sutton can still be made via our Contact Us form on our website. These will also be reviewed after 2nd January and responded to within the first 10 working days of January.
Please note that our inbox will not be monitored during the closure period between 24th December 2025 and 1st January 2026. If you have an emergency, please consider if you need to: contact Emergency Services (999), or NHS 111 for health advice, or Sutton Council Services 020 8770 5000.
