Stay fit and active with weekly Nordic Walking.
Nordic Walking provides a full body workout that improves flexibility, posture, balance and strength. The specially designed poles which will assist you in walking faster, and take the strain off your joints. Sociable, fun outdoor exercise for better general fitness. We have fully qualified instructors and group leaders who will be able to teach you techniques and support you throughout the walks.

Ways to pay
You can pay via bank transfer, cheque, over the telephone or monthly in class, a member of the team will be present taking contactless payments. A member of the team will explain this in more detail when you join an activity.
