Nordic Walking provides a full body workout, burning more calories than ordinary walking. The specially designed poles which will assist you in walking faster, with better posture and take the strain off your joints. People recovering from an injury or operation will find Nordic Walking can aid recovery.

- Nordic Walking poles are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own if you have them.
- Weekly walks are led by a fully trained Nordic Walking leader. Beginners are taught proper Nordic Walking techniques by a qualified instructor.
- Beginners are requested to call and book their place ahead of time, so we can ensure an instructor is available.
