Nordic Walking provides a full body workout that improves flexibility, posture, balance and strength. The specially designed poles which will assist you in walking faster, and take the strain off your joints. Sociable, fun outdoor exercise for better general fitness.
- Nordic Walking poles are provided
- Weekly walks are led by a fully trained Nordic Walking leader. Beginners are taught proper Nordic Walking techniques by a qualified instructor.
- Beginners are requested to call and book their place ahead of time, so we can ensure an instructor is available.
