Summer Fair 2019

Age UK Thanet held our annual Summer Fair on Saturday 6th July 2019. The day went really well and we are pleased to announce that we raised almost £800 for our cause. There were some new stalls this year, and guests could also come and have a pampering hand massage or have their palm read by a fortune teller! There were lots of stalls and for a real treat there was a BBQ and an ice-cream van. We had a fire engine, a fabulous dancing session with Jo-Jo's school of dance and even a visit from the Mayor and his wife! The most exciting part of the day was the prize raffle, and we are very grateful to local businesses for donating some fantastic prizes this year. We would also like to send a big thank you to everyone who made the day possible, the staff, volunteers, external vendors and everyone who came to or contributed towards this event.
