Outreach Service

Our Outreach Service works across the Central Wandsworth wards - Wandsworth Town, Lavender, Wandle, Wandsworth Common, Northcote Road, Balham and Trinity - to support residents aged 60+ through community-based activity and partnership working.

We provide small grants to local organisations delivering projects for older people and collaborate with local groups and venues to host engaging sessions within the community.
