Irie Rhythms: Caribbean Seated and standing dance class
Starting in May 2025, our new Caribbean Dance Group Irie Rhythms invites Wandsworth residents aged 60+ to come and dance to Caribbean music. Seated or standing, we welcome anyone.

Are you interested in joining a seated exercise class for Asian women aged 60+? Then our NEW Asian Women’s Exercise Group might just be the right thing for you. Run by our fantastic exercise facilitator Susan Lucas, this group will help you improve your strength and balance and keep fit.
