Age UK Westminster launches a new Complex Needs Project

We're excited to reveal the launch of a brand new service for our Westminster residents. Complex Needs Advice, Advocacy and Support, funded by City Bridge Trust, is an extension of Age UK Westminster's Information & Advice service. It will enable us to provide expert, confidential advice on and around a range of complex issues for Westminster residents aged 65+, who have gone through, or are going through, a life changing event.
Whether a bereavement, retirement/redundancy/relationship breakdown/ victim of crime, fraud or a scam, a change in daily care needs, recent discharge from hospital - there are times when extra support - someone to talk through what's going on and provide the support to navigate the issues - can prevent something difficult becoming a crisis.
