The majority of services are based at our administrative headquarters in the heart of Bolton town centre at The Square, 53-55 Victoria Square, Bolton BL1 1RZ.
Our Ageing Well Centre can be found at the heart of Farnworth town centre in Cross Street, just a few minutes walk away from the King Street bus station.
Both premises are accessible by people with disabilities.
