Age UK Bolton is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Ageing Well Team Leader to support our Ageing Well Team and lead our much-loved Ageing Well Centre.

Salary: £27,130.50 raising to £30,145 after 12 months (negotiable for an exceptional candidate)
Location: Ageing Well Centre, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 7AG
Hours: Full time (36 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent (subject to a successful probation period of 6 months)
