Carers Week 2026

As part of Carers Week, we were pleased to offer some additional support and wellbeing activities for carers attending our Carers Group, which is funded by Croydon Council and runs alongside our Memory Tree Café. The group provides a co-located space where carers can access information, peer support and advice while their loved one enjoys activities at the café.

While support for carers is available throughout the year, Carers Week gave us the opportunity to offer some extra sessions, including a talk from local Admiral Nurse Sarah Priestley on dementia support services and self-care, and a restorative relaxation session led by Bronwyn from This Way Up Wellbeing.
