two mn beside rainbow flagThe “Seen Ya Rights” group was a diverse group people who met to discuss and campaign for human rights among older people, and in particular to older LGBT people.

They made a short documentary film highlighting the concerns held by older people going into care in particular those from the LGB+T community. The DVD  “What Am I Afraid Of?” was very well received at its launch in May 2011 by the audience at the human rights event which was attended by, the Government Minister for Justice, The British Institute of Human Rights and a many Equality and Diversity officers from across the United Kingdom.
