To begin the Live Stronger for Longer Care Home Standards, first check you have designated a member of staff to be the setting Live Stronger for Longer champion, and that the champion has completed the Falls Awareness and the Benefits of Exercise eLearning training HERE as well as Every Movement Matters, Always HERE
Once all the above has been completed, please complete the form below to register and apply for your Bronze award.
