Ageing Well
The focus of our Ageing Well activities is on making social links and activities that promote mental and physical wellbeing, in line with the five ways to well-being principles. ‘Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Give, Take Notice’.
Our friendly and dedicated team work in partnership with other local experts and partners to offer a wide range of activities. We provide activities such as:
• Computer classes
• Shared reading
• Sessions for people living with dementia
• Reminiscence
• Gardening
• Cooking and baking
• Dance on sessions
• Memory therapy (MCST)
• Arts and crafts
• Karaoke
We offer a variety of sessions throughout the week. Thursdays (TBC) are dedicated to people living with dementia.
Monday sessions:

Friends that Natter - 9:30am - 11:30am
Suggested donation of 50p for a cuppa and 20p for a game of bingo
Thursday Sessions: (TBC)

'Friends Supported' - A full day's sessoion for those living with dementia 9:30am to 3:30pm including lunch @£65 for the day
OR
2 x 2.5 hour sessions 9:30am - 12 noon and/or 1pm - 3:30pm available @ £30 including refreshments per session. Activities included.
Friday Sessions:

'Friends Together' - A full day's session for those looking for company 9:30am - 3:30pm including lunch @ £60 for the day
OR
2 x 2.5 hour session 9:30am - 12 noon and/or 1pm - 3:30pm available @ £25 including refreshments. Activities included.
