Friday Sing Along

Age UK East Grinstead and District are hosting ‘Friday Sing Along’ every Friday from 11am at the Swan Mead Activity Centre. Anna will play the piano in the morning, followed by Liam on the keyboard for a sing-along after lunch.
This will be followed by easy chair-based exercise with Julie from 2pm until 2.30pm. To book your place for £2.50 email Sue Willox on members@ageukeastgrinstead.org.uk or call 01342 327046.
Not only do many of the members enjoy music, but it is particularly known to benefit people living with dementia.
As well as the Fridays, Age UK also provide music and interaction through Saturday and Monday Short Breaks Clubs.
These meet day time on the first and third Saturday of the month and late afternoon on the fourth Monday of the Month to provide invaluable respite for carers.
