Funded by UK Power Networks the service provides home energy checks for all patients recently discharged from hospital. The service is free and provides small energy efficient items such as lightbulbs, radiator foils, night lights, timer switches along with advice on reducing your energy consumption. We will also support you to sign-up to the Priority Services Register which is a free support service for people who may be vulnerable. This can include factors such as age, health or disability, and people in vulnerable situations. This is provided by energy suppliers and also by the operators of the energy distribution network

UK Power Networks keeps the lights on across London, regardless of who you pay your electricity bills to. You can all them on 105 if you have a power cut.
