We are looking to fill a Temporary (6 month) I&A Coordinator position based in Hastings.

  • Location: I&A Office, Isabel Blackman Centre, Hastings
  • Salary: £14 per hour
  • Hours: 10-20 hrs per week

 Are you:

  • An experienced administrator/customer service professional seeking a role offering flexible working hours.
  • Knowledgeable and understanding of the issues that can impact on the health and wellbeing of older people.
  • A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, confident in developing partnerships both internally and externally.

 Do you have:

  • Experience in delivering great customer service by telephone, email and in a face to face environment.
  • Experience of triaging enquiries ensuring customers are supported appropriately and within service standards
  • The ability to balance the needs of multiple projects at one time and prioritise accordingly.
  • Experience using MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Charity Log.
  • Experience of working with volunteers.

We are seeking a Temporary (6 month) Part Time Coordinator to join our busy and dedicated Information & Advice team based at the Isabel Blackman Centre in Hastings. The role will involve assessing enquiries received on a daily basis, providing information where appropriate or re-directing to another member of the team for specialised advice. Maintaining the CRM system by updating records and completing other administrative tasks is a further aspect of the role alongside providing support to our volunteer team.
