JOB TITLE: Van and Warehouse Assistant (Weekend Cover)
Based: Newhaven Furniture Warehouse
Salary: £13,333.32 pa (£12.21 per hour)
Hours: (21 hours per week) working 3 days out of 7 (Saturday/Sunday plus 1 weekday on a rota)

Age UK East Sussex is looking for a Van and Warehouse Assistant for our Newhaven Furniture Warehouse to support the weekends. You will be an important member of our successful Warehouse team, supporting in the Warehouse and on the Vans moving furniture and goods around as well as serving customers on the shopfloor and at the tills.
You will need to have experience of Customer service, be well organised, and be qualified to drive. You must be physically fit and motivated to maximise efficiency and deliver the highest quality and standards to all our customers.
We will provide you with all the training you need and a great team to work with. All job applicants will be required to provide at least 2 referees (one must be your most recent employer), undertake a DBS Disclosure, and a driving licence verification check.
