We can only take instruction for a house clearance, a collection or a donation from the owner of the items / property, or the named executor of a will if it is a probate clearance, or the named Attorney who has Power of Attorney over the owners financial and legal affairs.
We will ask to verify this by requesting to see a copy of the will / Financial and Legal Power of Attorney document and matching this to the instructors ID.
We cannot take instruction from friends or family members who are not any of the above. This includes beneficiaries named in a will; until the items become the legal ownership of the beneficiary once probate has been completed.
