Our House Clearance and Furniture Collection service offers a professional and convenient way of clearing your property or assisting with downsizing. Emptying a property or getting rid of unwanted furniture or white goods can seem like a daunting task. We can help with anything from single item collection to a full house clearance including lofts, garages, sheds, and garden areas. Our friendly team can discuss your requirements and arrange to help at a convenient time for you.

How to proceed with us:
We have two warehouses who can collect from you dependent on the area you need the collection from:

❖ We will then arrange a no obligation assessment at your property, at a time that suits you. We will also be very happy to answer any questions you may have.
❖ Pictures and video of the items will be taken to enable us to work out an affordable quote. We’ll let you know if there are any items that can’t be taken for legal or health and safety reasons.
❖ We will contact you within 24 hours of the assessment with our quote. If you are happy with our quote, the clearance will then be arranged at a date and time that suits you.
❖ If you are able to Gift Aid your items, then this will also raise an additional 25% for us at no cost to you.

Being a charity we work very closely with our recycling partners, and also try to be environmentally friendly as we can and will always try to avoid landfill. By working with these partners it allows us to keep our house clearance charges affordable, competitive and makes us one of the cheapest in East Sussex.
