Mari Edwards

Mari Edwards has worked in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector for 18 years specialising in multi-agency work and implementing innovative services for women and children. Mari is currently a member of Refuge’s Senior Management Team and as the Head of Sector Alliances and Partnership, Mari leads on the strategic development of partnership working within the organisation. Mari is responsible for developing and managing strong and supportive partnerships externally within the VAWG sector and beyond to ensure women and children can receive the specialist support they need; at the time they need it. 

Mari joined AUKE at the autumn of 2023.

Mari has three children, who keep her busy during any of her free time!
