Nifty Fifties

An exercise class for the more energetic.  This class varies from week to week challenging the participants with a range of fun and rewarding exercises.

The Nifty Fifities class is held every Monday at 10.30 am until 11.25 am at:

North Enfield Conservative Club, 278 Baker Street, Enfield, EN1 3LD

Nifty Fifties Aerobics is held on Wednesday mornings at 10 am for 50 minutes at:

St Aldhelm's Church Hall, Windmill Road, London N18 1PA

and on Wednesday afternoons at 2.00 pm at:

Enfield Baptist Church, Cecil Road, Enfield EN2 6TG

Each class costs £4 to attend.
