If you are over 50, feeling unsteady on your feet or have experienced a fall, then you could benefit from attending our programme of exercises to help prevent falls.

Focusing on strengthening muscles, improving balance and mobility, this is a fun and friendly way to help build confidence.

All the exercise routines have been designed to be done seating down and you will also receive useful information and advice on preventing falls and keeping well.

On Mondays there are two sessions

Session 1 - 12.30 pm - 1.15 pm

Session 2 - 1.30 pm - 2.15 pm

Session 1 - 1.30 pm - 2.15 pm

Session 2 - 2.30 pm - 3.15 pm

On Thursday the session is called Chair Zumba and begins at 10.30 am - 11.15 am
