Home Care Worker
Our Home Care Support Workers visit people in their homes to assist with a whole range of tasks, from personal care and assisting with medication, to occupational and therapeutic activities. We have a person centred approach, engaging with each individuals interests to create meaningful and stimulating activities, whilst providing essential respite for their carers. -
Dementia Day Centre Manager
We are a values‑led local charity supporting older people to live safe, independent and fulfilling lives. We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and highly organised Dementia Day Centre Manager to lead our specialist Dementia Day Centre at the Mabel Churn Centre. -
