Clyst Caring Friends Day Care

This provides day care services three days a week, offering activities, meals, and respite for carers.

Monthly Coffee Morning at Broadclyst Day Centre
First Saturday of the month 10:00am - 12:00pm
Whether you’re popping in for a quick chat or staying for the full session, everyone is welcome - no need to book, just turn up!

Start your week with friendly conversation, tea, coffee, and cake in a relaxed setting. A lovely way to meet people and stay connected with your local community.

A sociable Saturday morning get-together with refreshments and good company - perfect for those who can’t attend during the week.
 
Our Coffee Mornings offer a warm welcome, friendly faces, and the chance to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with others in your local community. Whether you’re popping in for a quick chat or staying for the full session, everyone is welcome - no need to book, just turn up!
 

It also provides a transport service for people unable to drive or use public transport.

The Ness Care Group

The Ness Care Group provides specialist, clinically led support for people experiencing memory changes and dementia, with a focus on early and middle stages.
Support includes small group Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, which is recommended by the NHS, alongside advice, coaching and guidance for individuals and families, professional training, and online support across Devon and beyond. CST is a structured, evidence based approach that supports thinking, communication and everyday confidence, delivered by trained facilitators with specialist knowledge of dementia and cognitive health.

The Filo Project

The Filo project provides day care for older people in small group settings in hosts own homes. It provides homely environments, and highly individualised support. They offer support across Devon.

Admiral Nurses visiting the Nationwide Building Society Exeter

The Nationwide Building Society are hosting Admiral Nurse Clinics, confidential appointments with speacial dementia nurses. These clinics provide expert support for individuals affercted by dementia, including advise on diagnosis, emotional support, and practical care strategies. Appointments last 45 minutes and can be booked online or by contacting the Dementia UK Helpline

RDUH Exeter Dementia Cafe

Held at the TLC cafe every First and Third Thursday of the month. There is a dementis team available for relatives for support and information. Please pop allong and meet them
