Here for Dementia
Dementia Carer Support Consultations
Two hour one-to-one or small family consultations delivered in person or via video call, offering a dedicated space to explore your individual concerns, deepen your understanding of dementia, and feel more informed about the support and services available. Together, we’ll also look at planning ahead to help reduce the likelihood of reaching a crisis point.
Following the consultation, you’ll receive a personalised reflective support guide with tailored recommendations and gentle signposting to relevant organisations and resources.
These consultations can be valuable both before and after a dementia diagnosis, when life can feel overwhelming and navigating the health and social care system can become challenging.
My aim is to work alongside you as a trusted extension of your support network, bringing compassion, understanding, and meaningful connection into everyday life, while helping you feel more informed, confident and prepared for the future.
