  • Budding Friends

    Budding Friends is our social gardening and art therapy group for people living with a dementia and their carers.

  • Seated Exercise

    It's never too late to improve your mobility and fitness.

    Join our seated exercise group for a fun introduction to fitness or to continue to build a stronger you!

  • Craft Group

    Bring your own materials for painting, needlecraft and other craft projects with a like-minded group. We welcome people of any ability so do not hesitate to join.

  • Over 50's Forum

    A chance for people to bring thier real life experiences, to be heard by professionals, to influence service development, and to improve later life.

  • Qigong

    Join us in our gentle moves, seated or standing, at the weekly qigong/tai chi group. Promotes calm and wellbeing and improves balance.

  • Sycamore Singalongs

    Join us for an afternoon of singing and reminiscing with music from the 40s to 80s.

  • Tea Dance

    Dancing is a fantastic way to meet new friends and has huge health benefits from exercising without even knowing it!

  • Digital Workshops

    Age UK Exeter, in collaboration with Sky, is offering a digital support workshop every 8 weeks.

    The Sky team can support you with any questions you have, about emails, Wi-Fi, setting up a new device and more!
