We welcome people living with dementia and their carers, as well as anyone over 50 who may feel lonely or isolated, or who is living with conditions such as Parkinson’s or MS.

Budding Friends is our outdoor therapeutic group that brings people together through gardening, nature, and creative activities. We welcome people living with dementia and their carers, as well as anyone over 50 who may feel lonely or isolated, or who is living with conditions such as Parkinson’s or MS.

We spend as much time as possible on our allotment, enjoying the benefits of fresh air and gentle activities. When the weather turns, we continue meeting indoors for relaxed, creative sessions. We offer the opportunity to partake in unique art experiences. We also organise trips to local attractions, such as National Trust gardens, and occasionally go out for meals at local pubs and restaurants.
