Dementia Day Centre

Our caring and people focused dementia centre in Felling, offers a Monday to Saturday service at a single venue with specially trained friendly staff, designed to give both clients and carers a break.

 

Our dementia day centre is a specialised service for individuals with a diagnosis of dementia, we provide a safe environment to make new friends and the opportiunity to join in many activities. The centre comes fully equpided with its own in-house bar, pool table, football table, cinema screen, popcorn machine, nail salon and hairdressers.

Our centre is suitable for low to medium levels of dementia, and offers:

  • Delicious and nutritious hot meals.
  • Places from 1 day per week to all 6 days
  • The option of  transport to and from the centre on our wheelchair friendly minibuses
  • A variety of stimulating activities such as live music events, reminiscence tasks, crafts, singing, snooker, dancing and more.

Our staff are trained to deliver cognitively simulating activities proven to be beneficial for those diagnosed with dementia.
