Save on your energy bills

Age UK London has partnered with South East London Community Energy (SELCE) to bring you information on ways of saving energy at home this winter. 

With energy prices set to rise again in January, this month we provide a link to SELCE's Six Low Cost Measures to Save on Energy at Home. This article looks at cost effective draught proofing, LED lightbulbs and other ways of saving on energy and in turn saving you money. 

With the coldest months coming it well worth investing in some of these energy saving changes at home. Some of our local Age UK's across London also offer handypersons services using reputable local people to carry out easy DIY tasks if you need help especially with tasks such as draught proofing.  Contact your local Age UK to find out more.
