Age UK Manchester is an independent charity, supporting older people across Manchester. With over 100 members of staff, we help many local older people every year; providing information and advice, activities, events, and home support.

Home Care

Age UK Manchester recruits dedicated, committed Home Carers to work in all areas of Manchester. More about our Home Care Service can be found here.

Successful applicants will care for older people in their own homes as part of a care plan intended to help our clients achieve maximum independence.

Applicants should hold a formal qualification in care or demonstrate a willingness to undertake training to at least NVQ Level II in Care.

Successful applicants care for older people in our Holmfiled Residential Home, ensuring residents can continue their life with privacy and dignity, whist receiving the highest standard of care.
